Eagle Lake Lakeshore Rules and Regulations (Under Construction)

This section of the website is dedicated to the various rules and regulations that affect activities within the various shoreland zones.  There are limitations along all of the lakes, streams and wetlands within the township limits.  There are special restrictions around the wellhead on Furlong Road.  Construction projects, lot clearing, tree removal, soil disturbances, zoning restrictions, buildings, camp or house construction, etc., are all examples of activities that are regulated.  Some activities require permits and also require that certain rules are followed.  The links below are the current rules that are in place as of March 2009.  Always check to ascertain that the rules are current and up to date

Call the Eagle Lake town office to inquire about any activities you have planned along the lakeshore or near any waterway.
